Jaydon started off cooking small dishes under the influence of his favourite cooking show, Masterchef Junior. After understanding how he could express himself through culinary arts, a passion sparked within him. As he continued to cook, he was fortunate to take advanced training courses including a culinary arts course taught by the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts, and the world-famous Le Cordon Bleu.
After gaining knowledge from professional chefs all over the world, Jaydon understood cooking from a new perspective. Jaydon embraces his Chinese roots, but his travels influence new dishes by clashing cuisines! When cooking, he applies full focus on creating well-rounded dishes, the details of plating techniques and balancing the acidity of a dish.
Currently living in Shanghai, Jaydon is discovering many new cuisines and dishes, as well as understanding the different cultures he encounters.
